About Us
George Shuttleworth Limited has been operating since June 2000 providing quality engineering consultancy services to government bodies, architects, developers, and construction and utility companies.
We have worked on a variety of projects involving, drainage, water supply, flood defence, navigation, site infrastructure, wastewater treatment and structural design. We have worked on all stages of projects from planning and feasibility through to construction and commissioning. We have undertaken complete projects from inception to commissioning or specific elements of projects as required.
All Projects are carried out under the direction of Chartered Engineers each with over 30 years experience.
We provide the following services:
- Appraisal of existing drainage and sewerage systems

- Hydraulic Modelling of watercourses and sewer systems
- Design of Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS)

- Design of in ground structures, including bridge foundations, tanks and retaining walls

- Structural inspection of buildings and design of remedial works

- Design of navigation locks, moorings, slipways
